Shipping Policy
We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING to the continental USA on all items. Most items ship the same or following day after full payment is received. During peak times some item shipments may be slightly delayed. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you as soon as they are available. Please Note: FREIGHT DAMAGE MUST BE NOTED ON SHIPPING DOCUMENTS AT TIME OF RECEIPT, CONCEALED DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED UNLESS NOTED. PLEASE OPEN BOX TO INSPECT PRIOR TO SIGNING. We use a variety of shipping companies including USPO, UPS, FedEx, DHL and varies freight forwarders. You will always be informed of the shipping status and be provided tracking numbers on your purchase.

International Shipping Policy

We can ship most items internationally directly to your location or through a freight forwarder you may experience longer shipping times due to customs related delays. Please contact us for a quote on additional shipping cost to your location.
Special Notes For International Orders:
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Shipping charges are not included in the item price. Please contact us for a quote on additional shipping cost to your location.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
- These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
- Any returns are subject to our Return Policy.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you will have 30 (thirty) days from the date it arrived to return it for a full refund* of the purchase price.
*Special Notes About Returns:
- You must email or call us to obtain a RMA number, no returns will be accepted without it.
- Item must be returned in the original box and in like brand new, unused condition. All manuals and accessories that came with the product must be returned.
- Electronic parts cannot be returned, if installed. Once an item is installed the manufacturer warranty takes effect and the manufacturer will need to be contacted for repair/replacement.
- You are responsible for the shipping and insurance fees back to our warehouse for any returned item. We will not be held liable for any lost shipments being returned to us.
- Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
*We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 30% on any items returned, that don't meet the above criteria. Please note almost all orders returned are not charged a restocking fee.
