Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Go to the sign in page and login to your account. There you can view your order status for recent and completed orders. You can also invoices from this page for your records.

Q: When will my item be shipped?

A: Most items will ship out in 1 to 2 business days if there will be any kind of delay in the shipment the customer will be notified. A tracking number will be emailed to the customer as soon as possible. You can read our shipping policy here.

Q: Will you ship to other countries?

A: Yes we can ship most items to other countries please email us for a shipping quote.

Q: Do I have to create an account to purchase an item?

A:  No you can checkout with out creating an account.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you will have 30 (thirty) days from the date it arrived to return it for a full refund* of the purchase price.  *See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Q: What if my item becomes defective after 30 days?

A:  All warranty work is the responsibility of the manufacturer.  We will assist you in contacting and working out any problems.

Q:  Do you collect taxes?

A:  We only collect taxes in the the State of Florida.
